Leaking batteries

Its never a good day when you pop the flap on some old equipment and you are presented with this type of mess.
Admittedly, the equipment that this came from was a keyboard that was last used in about 2006, with batteries that expired in 2019!

Batteries removed  and contacts scraped off - it should be good for some new batteries.
