Only took one picture today and this is it. Had a busy busy day at work. It was so busy that I didn't even look at my phone, go on Facebook, or check my personal email until I left for the day.

We celebrated Elissa's birthday and I picked her up a couple of cupcakes along with one for me (Riley and Anthony got some, too) because as Elissa says you can't go pick up cupcakes for someone else and not get one for yourself; it's the law. Happy Birthday Elissa!

I do not enjoy duck walking in kickboxing, especially backwards..
