Right time...

...right place. Lucky to be outside when the female Anna's Hummingbird came to grab a quick snack at the salvia. You can reach out and pet her if you want.... ;) The male was around, but he and I didn't connect today. Maybe another day.

Quite warm today and I thought it was a bit sultry at times. We have clouds and sun and the threat of thunderstorms but that usually doesn't pan out for us here, but one never knows. There is dry lightening in the central portions of Oregon and that is always a high risk for fires.

Bill finished the major part of his front yard project today. He is happy to have that done. We now have a new faucet on the other side of the front of our house and that will be more convenient to water that part of the yard now. No more dragging the hose clear across the driveway. We have a 3 car garage and that's a rather wide driveway.
