Birthday Girl

All things considered, with Covid postponing our party plans, it wasn't a bad day for L's birthday. We both continue to get better, her a bit more than me, but both of us were able to function pretty well. L was very pleased with her presents. she watched the 'reverse Desert Island Disks' video I had put together. I had asked people to pick a bit of music that reminds them of L and there were some great choices in there. And I managed to get more than sixty in the end, which was great! In the afternoon we had a remote-cake video call with L and P - memories of lockdown celebrations. Here she is reading her new Joni Mitchell song book, a singer who was mentioned several times in the video contributions!
