Surprise, surprise. Another day of wall to wall rain.

So, a good excuse to hunker down and watch Horizon, Kevin Costner’s latest film about the early settlers travelling across America, their encounters with each other and with the indigenous people.

Exactly what you expect it to be. Slow storytelling in epic landscape. I really enjoyed it and look forward to part two to see what happens to the characters.

Perfect three hours viewing on such a dreich day.
