Santa Cruz sunset

The hotel we are in now is just a few minutes walk away from the Santa Cruz suburb of Coruna and very nice it is too. Good seafood, pleasant strolls and a good chance of a belting sunset where the sun almost sinks behind the Torre de Hercules.

Difficult choice that we explored a chunk of the Rias Altas in Northern Galicia. Cabo Ortega where the Atlantic meets the Cantabrian sea is particularly stunning and home to some of the highest cliffs in Europe.
