Schedule your discomfort, the earlier, the better. 
Chaos gives you clarity in a way peace never can. 
When you do hard things, in your control, what's out of control gets easier. 
You move faster, you move confident. The gap between idea and action disappears. 
Gift yourself enjoyable torture every day and you'll be surrounded by joy.
