Would you believe it?

This is tonight's EB - yep, it was my last desperate attempt to get a photo for today when this young sparrowhawk flew across the path and landed in a tree not far away.

It stayed there for ages and even allowed a couple of people to walk up and take a look too. It was only when a couple of dogs came into view that it decided it was time to move on!
