A proper 4WD?

As opposed to an SUV/Soft-Roader.   I see it around the village but today the car parked behind it was driven away as we approached and I think the building goes with the image. Serious rain in the morning and late afternoon, but we managed to get a walk in the sunny break between two heavy downpours.

Rather like the one I had at work in the early 90s, although mine had a hard top - there's not much call for a fabric soft top that far north :-)
