Steam Punk

A rather wet morning at work today with quite a bit of rain.  with the forecast not looking good I didn't expect to get out for a blip this afternoon .
Thankfully after a snack for lunch the rain had stopped so decided to take the gamble and head up to the cathedral area to get some more steampunk shots. So pleased I did as the sun even tried to make an appearance. I took quite a few shots and was spoilt for choice  but decided to go with this shot more can be seen on Flickr for anyone who is interested .
Back home to watch some Rugby league Saint Helens V Hull KR sadly Hull KR won convincingly to keep them top we need to win tomorrow by  90 points to go above them must admit will be happy with a win   to keep us in the chase . Now watching a stream of another one-sided game Salford V Huddersfield  32 -0 to Salford at half time.
A chilled evening planed might watch a film  or something will save having a drink till tomorrow night when we get back from the rugby at Wigan seeing as its a long weekend and I'm also off work next week as well
