Not pretty but damn tasty!

I finished making the pastries this afternoon so I could have tomorrow free for Notting Hill Carnival. They taste banging!

I spent ages getting the pistachio cream to taste right. Very pleased with the result. The white chocolate adds necessary sweetness against the punchy filling.

I hope they go down well at the party.
