Steak

I had my asthma review, basically so the surgery can tick a box. Apologies for the cynical tone. The nurse also routinely checked my Hba1c bloods, or 3 monthly glucose levels to check for diabetes.
Our local butcher had some cracking bits of steak in. I picked up a couple for me and Will,
I caught up with mum before heading home.
Both Will and I really enjoyed our steaks.
