Two's A Crowd.....

....this time Tim knew he'd win with the male looking at him.

Last time, through the rounds he'd faced male competitors for the staring contest. It had been easy for him, all of them had conceded.

But he had failed in the final round last time when he had faced a female competitor, not even his staring ability had been a match for hers.

That's not to say all the males were like it, it's just what he'd had to face so far. Land, and with a 'stare', make the competitor face you leave the feeder. If you did, you won.

On offer was a month's supply of suet, but even Tim's renowned staring ability was no match looking at her. Some people were just total naturals at it, and this time, she'd beaten him feathers down, there was no argument.

This time he faced a male, won and received a sweet peck on his cheek from his partner :-)
