Update

So the external work is nearly complete, just windows and paint needed now. Tomorrow the outer layer of the existing back wall will be removed, then the shell of the extension will have the floor, walls and ceiling done before the big knock-through takes place next week. That will be a very noisy and dusty job so we intend to be away when that happens!

I don't know if it's the hot weather but I'm so slow at the moment. I never seem to turn on my computer until gone 10 pm, hence the lack of comments - sorry.
