Fireworks

Happy Fourth of July! Today the Americans celebrate their Independence from the British. 2009 marks the 233rd year of our nation's freedom. I celebrate our freedom by enjoying time with family through food and fireworks.

This afternoon my family had a barbecue in our patio. We haven't had a barbeque in such a long time. The last time I can remember we had a family barbeque was when I was little.

Later, we went to my aunt's house. There the rest of the family gathered. We ate and then lit some fireworks. It was fun.
