It's Friday!

Doctor's appointment in Penistone for yet another blood test, followed by lunch at Cannon Hall with GG - we've missed a few weeks.

Here she is showing an image on her phone she's been working on.  I used an App on my phone to get these crunchy blacks called Provoke.

Having woken just after 4am I wasn't at my best yesterday.  Just before I fell asleep I realised that I'd forgotten to go for my blood test on the Thursday afternoon - so as anxiety seems to have become my new close friend I woke in the night for the loo and then couldn't get back to sleep.  (Last night was much better with 7.5 hours.)

Peter came to help with the garden in the afternoon - we got rid of most of the creeper that was enveloping the windows and front of the house.
