Calm

Last day on North Uist. Kirst and I went for a stroll with our cameras this morning. I was trying to get a few good shots of the lilies on the water but whatever this is caught my eye.

So let the mind flow like water. Face life with a calm and quiet mind and everything in life will be calm and quiet.
