Is that a caterpillar ???

this wee guy was on the beach walk tonight, couldn't believe that Julie spotted him,..

we were walking along chatting with the dogs, when she stops and says ...was that a wee caterpillar Kirst? I replied where? she walked back about 3 steps and pointed to this wee guy, honest it was tiny. god knows how she even noticed it, she was looking round to find a leaf to move him and I was trying to stop Jess from eating it,lol

I wonder if it will be a butterfly soon, and for those that know me, I certainly will not be photographing butterflies anytime soon,lol :)
