Ribble floodwaters.

L and I usually picnic between the green areas on a shingle bank. All is under water today. Went for a short early walk with W. Then we both worked hard all morning. I made lunch and then we walked again. I decided to go looking for kingfishers this afternoon but didn’t see any. Lovely walk but the river was higher than I’ve seen before. Been doing a bit of holiday research this evening.
