Fuzzy Geese

I did a 5k run on the treadmill first thing. It’s the furthest I’ve run for some time and quite hard but I was pleased to complete it in just over 30 mins.I cleaned the bathrooms then did some cooking preparation for tomorrow as we’ve got friends over for dinner. I made a Spanish stew and lemon polenta cake. This afternoon I dropped d off to collect Alfie’s car from the garage which is where I saw the geese. He then took it for its MOT and gave it a clean. What a great dad. It’ll be a nice surprise for Alf when he gets home from camping on Sunday.
Mum has been moved to Papworth Hospital and has her own room with a loo and TV. She had an echocardiogram today and then any further treatment will be decided. It could be a stent, bypass or just medication. We’re hoping for the third option.
