Marvel

A morning run was interrupted firstly when I decided to cross the outdoor playground. The balance beams and posts were OK but the chain, as always, was challenging. Next I stopped to take a picture of the cones on a tree. They were just catching the early sun and looked spectacular against a backdrop of the converted mill that is Saltcoate Maltings.

It began to rain as I reached home and the wind picked up gradually across the day. I factored in a late break and Yvonned picked me up for a swim. It was choppy and invigorating. I've set myself a goal of going at least once a week, into October so I need to get used to the changing conditions.
