Sunflowers

To remind that not all is sweetness and light, the heavens opened today and I drove through driving rain desperately hoping we were heading for warmer climes. And we were. By the time we’d got to La Tremblade the weather had improved. We seem to have passed through sunflower territory on the way. Lovely to see them bobbing en masse at the side of the road.
