...and tiday marks 6 weeks since I git my new knee, which despite my moans and groans has been transformational.

I'm no longer eating codeine at all.

I can walk up and down stairs normally without hanging on the bannister for my life.

Sleep is still elusive but it either because my iron stores are low or I now have restless legs syndrome, I'll waut and see how the next couple of weeks go.
