Swim workout
Monday evening swim workout. Pushed myself to do full 33m lengths in freestyle and managed quite a few. I’ve been watching coaching videos on Instagram about stroke technique and breathing. It helps.
Feeling inspired after watching Eva Buzo via Garmin tracker complete an ultramarathon swim from Italy to Albania. The first person to ever do this. 77km swim in 35 hours 52 minutes. Amazing.
