Figs...but not ready

There are lots of figs on our little tree.  But I suspect the lack of water has meant they haven't softened up too much.  They are always delicious in wetter years.  Our two apple trees are doing quite well.   So with a bit more rain in the coming weeks maybe we will have a reasonable autumn.
