Walking back to happiness

A cycle to Lower Largo then a walk along to Shell Bay. I don’t think I’ll ever get my ‘runners high’ back but a long walk along a deserted beach comes close. Forecast was for light rain but it was a good test for my new waterproofs, Jack Wolfskin is the brand of choice these days, everything fits, is well made and not too pricey.
