Church of Our Lady of Expectation

Today was a bit of a rest day, had enough of renovations and took off with the camera. This is the church in Orgiva. A Roman Catholic church dating from 1500, built on the site of a Moorish mosque. It was burned down by the Moors in 1568 and rebuilt with additional flourishes in 1580 by the masters Cristobal Canavate and Mateo Molina.
