I was out wooohoooo

I had a lovely call with Mary in Ireland in the morning which turned out to be a but of a vice versa coaching call.

Then a connect call with a lady who was refferred to me for a MAT session.

Then Neil and I went out for a coffee at Black pine and a wee shop at Roots and fruits.
