3522. Sunflowers

I love these sunflowers, they’re such happy flowers, it’s hard not to smile at them!

I met my friend for coffee this morning and she’s not doing too well at the moment…chemo is really taking it out of her….but she has a week away booked from Saturday so hopefully she will be able to recharge a little, plus her next chemo will be a week later than normal so she will have a longer break.

Had a pantomime booking a repair for my washing machine this afternoon but got there in the end.  It’s not spinning properly and often leaves clothes soaking at the end of the cycle.  I thought it was just not being balanced properly but it keeps doing this and in fact it’s getting worse.  The engineer is coming next week so hopefully we will get to the bottom of this ongoing annoying issue, which has meant we’ve had to remove clothes, wring them in a towel then put them back in to try and spin again!
