Blue & Yellow....

A little overnight rain, but another dry and warm day here in Essex - with a perfect breeze! I approve of this weather!!

So another little wander and it was very quiet on the birdspotting front, but thankfully a few butterflies about to keep me happy! Lovely common blue posing nice on the flowers, along with Commas, Speckled Woods, Holly Blues, meadow browns and whites.  

All lovely to watch while sampling the glut of blackberries around - is it me or are there less people out blackberrying?! I haven't seen anyone locally on my wanders and it seems odd as it's prime picking time! Not that I'm complaining as there's more for me to scoff!
