Yesterday hubby read about the litter left over the weekend on Brighton beach and today BBC breakfast news covered the story... 20 tons of litter had to be cleared! Would these day trippers leave that mess outside their own front doors on playing fields, in their gardens!! Only yesterday I watched a group of women with their children pack up after a day of enjoyment and leave behind plastic bottles carrier bags and various wrappers... Here's an idea, pick up your plastic bottles and your wrappers and place them inside your carrier bags and carry it all to the nearest litter bin or take it home with you!
