Caerketton Craigs and the T-Wood

A damp start to the day. My leg is sore from standing around for just over 6 hours at yesterday's residents' BBQ. After changing the bedding, I do a wee daunder around the park to see if the soreness wears off. Sunny and cool outside. Still sore when I get home, so I have a couple of ibuprofen tablets with my morning coffee. Then relax until lunch. That means the hedge doesn't get cut.

After lunch, the normal Sunday afternoon. Still a little sore, so a slow walk. I wear a coat as this morning was pretty cool. However at Swanston, where the blip photo was taken, it feels very warm. I take my coat off. At least the pain in the leg has gone. So a nice afternoon walk.

Nice to get home, and have coffee, with some apple strudel given out at the end of the BBQ.
