Back to the festival with Glasgow pals first Elton John Story which was great ( even if our pals arrived half an hour in) although suffered by the size of the EJ catalogue so many songs not enough time.
Rachel and I have been saving every month to go to New York since we were 40. We’re now 54 and NY didn’t happen because both of us got ill and couldn’t do it in 2020, also because a certain ickle virus killed ALL the plans.

So we have a pot. RRachel can’t travel so how’s about we have fun with the pot, so her choice today. Slap up meal Cafe Andaluz no expense spared.

Great chatty meal then they headed home and we went to our next show , Baby Wants Candy. Quite American , very clever as they improvved a musical with a title from the audience:
Republican Grindr!!
‘Twas very very funny, some of it over my head not being the biggest political follower but ingenious and laugh out loud funny.
