Van going back to garage tomorrow to have the set up rearranged so it actually meets Big F’s needs. Why is it a number of disability companies think they ‘know’ disability when actually they don’t know our needs? Twice now with vans a company has said this is what we need to do. I’ve said well actually that won’t work and they’ve still gone ahead and done it. Then a few weeks/months down the line we’re without said van as they actually realise what they’ve done doesn’t work and have to take it back in to redo the whole thing.
Big F having focal seizures last night. They’ve been increasing since he ended up in hospital with them in May so have spent the respite afternoon rewriting protocol with epilepsy nurse. Was supposed to be going up to Scotland to look at horse tomorrow with youngest son but staying somewhat local now. May get away just to camp.
