All done

My new knee replacement is in place and feels good. I had a disturbed night in hospital with other patients needing help so didn’t get to sleep until 4.30. Walked with crutches much more confidently. Was well looked after but everything in hospital takes time. A and Jenny came to take me home mid afternoon. So good to be home and the journey and climb up the stairs was pain free and went well. The recovery period begins.
