A Day of Contrasts

I went down to the lake to meet the other walkers, and to our surprise it started to snow.  So 7 hardy souls set out in the snow, suitably wrapped up.

The extra is 'It's snowing in the mountains.  The day started out at -2C, and warmed up to +8C.  Everyone had a nice walk from the car park to the little beach, where they had their lunch. 

Back to a local cafe by the lake for a cuppa scone and chips, before heading for home.  Everyone decided it was a lovely walk.
