SUMMER. SCENE. ! !

Thought we’d go to a N T property this afternoon only to find our membership was out of date? ( we have new cards but hey ho I’ve mislaid them!) . So it was back to the usual haunt it was nice to see some water life this week they weren’t there last week? I read A walked we had coffee & lunch, latter Mr Whippy came so we had an ie cream then got more fuel & came home , I got a meal now we’re watching a film I recorded last night!
What a disappointing day all round - - - was ready for church by 9 am at 9.15 am I locked up & waited outside until 9.45 am then gave up & came indoors , no dial - a - ride arrived even with in the half hour window ? So not satisfactory at all?
Gave up even thinking of going as it was too late, so thought the alternative would be online . Tried St George’s ( for the 1st time ever) I couldn’t get any sound? So tried St John’s , all I could see was the celebrant & heard part of the sermon! No music or congregation, so that didn’t work either.
The whole day seems to have been wasted but who knows tomorrow may be better?
