Ceremonial Grade

A market-free day. I was supposed to be meeting up with an old pal from Devon who has moved up but was feeling so tired I decided a raincheck would be sensible. I have a busy week ahead and clearly needed some rest.

I spent the day mostly drinking tea in bed with a few books. I did treat myself to a nice cup of ceremonial grade (the least processed and most potent) cacao though. This is me chopping up the new block.

I've never known anything give me such a warm buzzy glow - well certainly nothing healthy. It's classed as a superfood so I don't need to feel guilty about this new habit :)
