Job done
A day in the mountains just for me has felt an increasingly rare thing recently, but decided to take some of my own advice.
Pinnacle Ridge; the best grade 3 scramble in England.
With a trip to the Alps looming I wanted to move fast with a full rucksack - to test my recent fitness gains on something a little more vertical.
Sub three hour round trip, 1000m+ of total ascent, 8mk distance. Very pleased, a little over half the guidebook time.
I was a little apprehensive about the technical climb in the middle, but this was the fastest and easiest ascent I can recall, great for confidence building, barely a pause in fluid movement, happy to be back in my happy place, its been far too long.
