Flower bed in the park

A very busy park in the morning - people walking dogs and generally enjoying a Sunday walk and greeting one another and sometimes stopping to have some rest and to enjoy a conversation on the park benches. The only thing missing was an ice cream van and/or a coffee van. 

There are three flower beds in front of the Council offices which are based in the park. The photo shows one of the beds.
