Happy Heavenly Birthday, Grandma!

My grandmother was born on this day in 1890, 134 years ago.  Hard to fathom that when she was born, Queen Victoria was still on the throne.  Van Gogh had died at 37 the month before and in December the horrific massacre of the Lakota people happened at Wounded Knee in South Dakota.  She saw so much history during her long life.  I tried to restore this faded, blurry, tiny image the best I could just to see that smile more clearly.  When I took it out of the frame there was another photo behind it of my brother and me taken in 1953.  I restored that as well. (In the extras)  Makes me wonder if there are other photos hidden behind the framed photos on my shelf?
