Nottingham by the sea

Every year the market square is turned into a beach, so today we walked into the city to have a look. Think this year is the best I have seen as it actually had water activities for the kids, plus the sand, rides and stalls.
Had a wander round, did a bit of shopping, had lunch and walked home. Exercise and a pleasant day out.
Ironing didn’t get done again.
Saturday does seem to come round faster than it did when we were younger.
