A lovely wander this afternoon ...... the House Martins & a few Swallows were swooping for insects ..... not long before they leave ..... I'll be sorry to see them go! Think the Swifts may have left already.

We did see quite a few dragonflies including the Migrant Hawkers .... also several Emerald Damselflies :-)

I finally managed to get a fairly reasonable image of a male Common Darter which had to be blipped :-)

I've had several unsuccessful attempts so I was chuffed to get this!
