Another one

Friday today - no BP as I have done something to my back so have been liberally applying ibruprofen cream and crunching paracetamol.  OH was playing golf and No.1 and JC went to Bucks yesterday so I was home alone without a plan.  I faffed and then did the roots on my hair - hairdresser appointment delayed for a few weeks.  I then took myself off to Sevenoaks.  A good friend arranged for a 'Cook' discount card so I drove over to the shop to get some freezer dinners when I cba to cook.  Strange as that is really not me - I always cook every day from scratch but in these current times, I am not always hungry and having something to bung in the oven will be helpful.  I was not really feeling it and only wandered round the shops for a bit before heading home again.  

Tired after waking early so we both sat in the sun for a bit then I took myself upstairs for some sewing.  Easy pattern although I have googled more complicated patchwork patterns, maybe the next one will be more adventurous.

Day done - chatted to No.1 early evening and she sounded sad which made me sad.
