Camellia Japonica....... A winter ray of sunshine

Well, can announce we are "officially" in winter here in down town Penrith! Our first flower on the Camellia Japonica normally is the guide to when winter is officially here. And from the forecast for the weekend looks like it is spot on again.
Always full of flower it gives a wonderful show of colour during what can be a drab period of colour in the garden.
