A rainy lazy day...
...that began with a long flight in my little Cessna (Flightsim, not the real thing) hopping over the channel to stock up on imaginary Cheese & Baguettes for lunch followed by flying back over and up to Barton Aerodrome, Manchester.
With the brilliant live weather feature, whilst it rained buckets outside, your Gal enjoyed beautiful sunshine until crossing over the Thames Estuary from where it gradually got wetter nearer to home. Flying over my house towards Manchester Airport I was refused permission to land - they were accepting Instrument Landings only & I'm HashtagNotThatGoodYet. Steering further north to Barton, a lucky break in the clouds revealed a grass runway just in time to drop her down.
Then it was decreed that some of the white painted walls in the house weren't looking their best so I spent an hour or so prepping them before visiting my parents for a cuppa or two.
Blip is of a nicely named street in Castleton snapped the day before in glorious sunshine :-)
