Rowan berry feast

The rowan trees are loaded down with berries this year. This probably won't be part of my harvest but the birds will have a party. If we are lucky we'll get to see the flocks of waxwings feasting as they head south.
I spent the day working in the garden. I sawed some longer logs into shorter sections and did a bit more wood splitting. I also got one of the lawn-mowers going and clipped all the shorter areas of grass in the garden. All-in-all a hard-working day that felt good.
Finished the working day sitting in the hanging chairs with Jan and drinking a beer before heading indoors for a shower.
