Eye-catching Flower

Mrs CBL and I visited Pitmedden Gardens this morning.  There were sunny intervals and a rather fresh breeze but it was a delight to be there.  

There are both formal and informal gardens, a walled garden and an orchard in the grounds, so plenty to see. Lots of colours on show but it was the Allium Stipitatum that really caught my eye.

It was great way to start the weekend.
