Sound Bath

Such a busy day!
It started with a visit from St Columba's Hospice to collect their first order of candles and diffusers. We got talking, they're also potentially interested in me supplying soaps and lip balms too. 

Just as well the rest of the day was spent finalising my soap recipes and pulling together the paperwork for certification submission. 

I also got a new trial order of 50 full size candles from Simba charity to go alongside the 500 tea lights I do for them each month. Exciting, would be amazing if this was something that continues.

Late afternoon I drove over to Bathgate for a Sound Bath. It was such a wonderful relaxing experience. An hour of pure bliss as various crystal bowls, tibetan singing bowls and other drums, shells and chimes (and instruments I've never seen the like of before) were played around me. Loved it.
