One of those days

Our family car developed a fault 2 weeks ago.
The passenger window no longer works and it falls down constantly.
I rang the dealer who said they would see it in three weeks time.
'Not good enough' I say
'Tough silly little lady' they say.
I wait, call back and say 'The window has fallen al the way down the car is full of rain, Ive got a baby and if the car gets stolen it is all your fault.
They say 'Sorry madam bring it in tomorrow'
"Marvelous, when will it be ready"
"Well we wont actually look at it for three weeks but you can bring it in'
So I rang a different dealer in a town 15 miles away.
They said I could bring it in today.
Massive logistical nightmare what with, car seats, getting home, getting lee home in time to help out, feeding Daisy and finding this bloody garage. Plan was that lee followed in his car then we all went home in his Punto
Rushed home to get Lee.
"Jess, the clutch has gone on the Punto'
Rang our normal garage, took it up.
They had had a ram raid the night before and the thief had stolen 4 cars and all the keys to all the other cars and smashed the building to pieces. Great.
The nice garage man said he would still fix the clutch. The car will probably have been stolen by the time we collect it.
Anyway, I got in the family car and drove 15 miles to this nice garage with the plan of getting two buses back home.
Got there and the lovely lovely people at Renault said I could have a courtesy car.

An hour later I finally worked out how to fit the car seat in a sporty Megane.
Two hours later I arrived home where Lee told me he had left the house keys in the ashtray of the old car which was now 15 miles away locked in a garage.
He got the ladders out and tried to break in through an upsatairs window. He got his arse stuck in Daisy's window.
In the end I had to do it.
After all of this faffing around we let Daisy watch the fish and point at the frogs for half an hour before we ate our kebabs and blamed each other for everything.
